Everyone leads busy lives and we at the Ringmead Medical Practice understand that it can sometimes be difficult to make an appointment to see us. Here are the ways to make appointments.
There are five ways of booking an appointment to see a Doctor.
Doctors can prescribe and advise over the phone. If they feel you need to be seen, they will ask you to come to the surgery to see them.
You can book an appointment up to two weeks in advance. For example, if you know you are due a Medication Review there is no need to leave it until your prescription is due – Book in advance.
These can be booked every day for two days later – Book in advance.
The doctor will call you back and decide if you need to be seen the same day. In most cases, they will agree a time with you there and then.
Please remember to leave your mobile phone on if you are expecting a call back from the doctor. A missed call to you is a missed contact with another patient.
Remember book in advance whenever possible, but please remember to cancel any unwanted appointments.
Please call 01344 20 80 60.
