We are a dynamic, forward thinking, thriving 5 site innovative and passionate training practice looking after 41,000 patients in Bracknell, Crowthorne and Sandhurst. An opportunity has arisen for a like-minded individual to join our friendly team. We boast a plethora of experience within the extensive clinical team comprising 19 GPs, Nurses, HCAs, Paramedic Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists, First Contact Physios, Mental Health Practitioners and Social Prescribers.

The Practice is highly active within our ICS, Federation and PCN (The Health Triangle) with 2 of our Partners being the Clinical Directors. As a PCN, we have provided several innovative projects including a Cancer Quality Care Project and a Dermatology “Drive-Through” Service for our patients. We are a team that has specialisms including Dermatology, Cancer, Palliative Medicine, Haematology, Cardiology, Immunology, Immunisations and Frailty.  We encourage personal development throughout the team.

We are a fun bunch and strongly value our team ethos. We hold daily protected clinician coffee breaks, as well as regular soirees such as our Summer Family Fun Day, Christmas Parties, bowling evenings and football golf to name but a few!
